Saif Ali Khan Injured in Attempted Burglary, Undergoes Surgery, Recovering in ICU

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan sustained serious injuries during an attempted burglary at his Bandra residence late Wednesday night. The intruder attacked the actor, leaving him with six stab wounds, police sources confirmed.

Following the attack, Saif was immediately rushed to Lilavati Hospital, where he underwent a 2.5-hour-long emergency surgery. Medical experts successfully removed a knife lodged near his spine and repaired leaking spinal fluid, a critical procedure to prevent further complications. In addition, the actor suffered deep wounds on his left hand and neck, which required plastic surgery.

Doctors have assured that Saif is in a stable condition and is currently recovering in the ICU. His health is improving, and he is expected to be shifted to a regular ward within the next 1-2 days.
