Every year on June 21, the world comes together to celebrate International Yoga Day, honouring the ancient practice of yoga and promoting its countless benefits for the body, mind, and spirit.

This year’s theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” emphasizes the universal value of yoga in fostering holistic well-being—not just for individuals, but for the entire planet.

2025 marks a special milestone, as it is the 11th anniversary of this global celebration, first initiated by the United Nations in 2014 following India’s proposal.
